Miniature Cycling Shipping Policy
This policy applies to orders placed at miniaturecycling.com.
Destinations and shipping charges
We offer free shipping within Singapore with no minimum order value. For international orders of S$100 or more, we offer free shipping to destinations available at checkout.
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. If your destination or order does not have an available shipping option, please contact miniaturecycling@gmail.com before ordering.
Made to order production
Our custom miniature models are handmade to order. Please check the production lead time stated on the individual product page. Production time is separate from shipping time.
For the current production estimate for your chosen model, or if you need it by a particular date, contact us before ordering. Availability to purchase does not mean that a custom model is ready for immediate dispatch.
Dispatch and delivery
Courier transit time starts after your parcel has been dispatched. Any delivery estimate relates to the shipping service and destination; it does not include the time needed to make your model.
Delivery estimates are approximate. Customs clearance, carrier disruption and weather can affect arrival dates.
Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, we will send the shipment tracking details. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and the service used. If you need help checking a shipment, contact us with your order number.
Import charges
Shipping rates do not include import VAT. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification on customs duties, taxes or clearance charges for your destination.
Shipping address and delivery support
Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.
