Return & Refund Policy — Miniature Cycling

All Orders Are Custom-Made 
All products are made-to-order. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled arbitrarily.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellations within 6 days of order confirmation may be considered case-by-case.
• Cancellations after 6 days are subject to a 7% payment processing fee deducted from any refund.

Returns 
We do not accept returns. Exceptions are made only for product defects or damage upon arrival (see below).

Refunds
We do not accept refund. If it is product issue receive upon received of item, will arrange repair.

Damaged Goods 
If your item arrives damaged, email miniaturecycling@gmail.com within 2 working days with photo/video evidence. We will arrange collection, repair, and reshipment at our expense. No monetary refund will be issued for damaged items.
